From January 5th – 17th Kari will conduct the 2nd research and development cycle for new production Be Like Water in residence at Vitlycke Centre for Performing Arts, in Tanhumshede, Sweden, with dancers Antero Hein, Külli Roosna, Kenneth Flak, Hanna Mjåvatn and Åsne Storli.

Be like water will premiere September 2015 at Bærum Kulturhus, Norway.

Created with the fear of the impending man-made apocalypse of climate change as a backdrop, choreographer Kari Hoaas is choosing to work within a poetic and impressionistic vein, exploring physical, emotional, ritual, scientific and social themes of that basic element of all life: water.
